At JJ O’Driscoll, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns policy.
Wine Returns: Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns on wine unless the bottle is defective or the wrong product was shipped. If you receive a defective or incorrect bottle, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Catering Returns: We take pride in our catering services and want to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your catering order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or credit for future services.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-14 business days of receipt of the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Exceptions: We cannot accept returns on perishable items, such as fresh produce or prepared foods. We also cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, such as personal care products or health supplements.
